WHAT IS MELTDOWN ?

Meltdown is the combination between high intensity interval training and sports style conditioning drills inspired to develop speed, agility and power giving you the edge to train like an athlete.

WHAT IS LEANOUT ?

Athletic training focused on total body strength training and explosive bursts of cardio. The combination between these two will help you develop long lean muscles and turn you into a fat burning machine.

HOW OFTEN DO THE WORKOUTS REPEAT ?

NEVER! Every Meltdown and Leanout class differs from the one before. This simply means the workouts you do across the week vary everyday! This keeps your body guessing, challenges the body and excites the mind to try new things!

DO I NEED TO BE REALLY FIT TO ATTEND ?

Certainly not! Our classes have been carefully programmed and curated to be catered to all levels of fitness. Movements are all scalable and modifiable to all levels of fitness so that you feel successful by the end of the session. Always remember you don’t have to be fit to join the classes, you join the classes to get fit.
